By participating in events or activities organized by Heritage Project, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and participation in our events.

Event Participation

  • All event registrations are non-refundable. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
  • Participants are expected to adhere to all guidelines and rules set forth by Heritage Project during events. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Heritage Project, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in our events or activities, including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages incurred. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heritage Project and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in our events or activities, including any claims made by third parties.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms
